Ball Conference Center has partnered with Community Blood Center to host COVID antibody testing.
The Community Blood Center will be testing donors who make a blood or platelet donation for antibodies to COVID-19 at Ball Conference Center on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 10am – 6pm.
As a blood donor, if your antibody test is positive, the plasma component from your blood donation may be processed into convalescent plasma, which is currently used to help hospitalized COVID-19 patients recover. Your red cells or platelets will also be used for patients in need. A letter with your antibody results will be mailed to you within two weeks after your donation.
You must make an appointment to participate. Click here to make an appointment now.
Masks are required to donate blood and social distancing will be in effect during the donation event.
